NEWS ELEVATOR (KONYA)Vital Elevator introduced its new homelift product at the International Elevator Istanbul Fair. Sadık Muharrem Güden, General Manager of Vital Elevator, explained the details of the electric homelift product, which has a travel speed of 0.15 m/s and can fit into very low downhole and overhead cavities.

Reminding that the test, trial and certification processes of the product are continuing, Güden spoke to the News Elevator and said “We plan to realize our sales as the final product after a period of about six months”.

Stating that they direct their R&D studies in line with customer demands, Güden said that they see high demand for homelift products that take up little space for low-rise places. Noting that it is easy to reach solutions that work with hydraulic or screw systems in the market, Güden said:

"However, although their prices are affordable, these systems, which have some disadvantages, were not accepted and liked by the customers. An electric elevator is requested for such places, but the desired location is not suitable for installing an electric elevator. Most of the time, there is not even an elevator shaft. Our R&D team started a study based on the shortcomings and evaluating the incoming demands. We developed the solutions we previously made for the wells with insufficient bottom and top layer and took it to the next stage. By fitting this into a steel construction, we came up with a brand new product".

Explaining that the test and trial studies of the product are continuing and the certification processes are continuing, Güden said, “We are planning to make our sales as the final product after a period of about six months.”

Guden said:

THEY WILL BE ABLE TO PLUG AND OPERATE

“Our product has the comfort and structure of an electric elevator. But it works with 220 VAC input. You can plug it in and run it like a refrigerator. This is one of its most important features. Thanks to its minimized dimensions, it occupies the smallest area it can have based on its capacity. It has a travel speed of 0.15 m/s, and a very low under-well and over-well space requirement.”

A CONTROL PANEL IS INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT PORTFOLIO

Emphasizing that they have been producing components such as cabins, suspensions and automatic doors since the day they were founded, Güden pointed to the investment they made a year ago; He drew attention to the fact that the production of elevator control panels was carried out within Vital Elevators.

BRANCH WAS OPENED IN ISTANBUL

Stating that they made important breakthroughs in branding and that they opened a branch in Istanbul in order to ensure that their products reach wider audiences, Güden said, "Thus, we took the first steps to expand our service to Istanbul and the Marmara region."

WE AIM TO PROVIDE COMPLETE ELEVATOR SOLUTIONS”

"Our priority is high quality and customer satisfaction," Güden said, "We prioritize quality rather than price in our products." Emphasizing that they aim to offer complete elevator solutions, Güden said, "As we carry out more export-oriented works, we plan our package elevator service down to the smallest part and offer it to our customers with high quality."

20 PERCENT INCREASE IN SALES IS EXPECTED

Stating that they had a more successful 2021 year than the previous year, despite the COVID-19 pandemic and the activity in the markets, Güden said, "In our prediction for 2022, we aim for a 20 percent increase in the domestic and foreign markets, considering that it will contribute to our country's global conditions in the new-year."

Güden said that they export to North America, South America and Africa, especially to Asia and Europe.

INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT FOR QUALITY SERVICE

Stating that they offer complete elevator solutions to the elevator market and that they manufacture many elevator components in-house, Güden said, “We are constantly increasing the necessary infrastructure and production standards in order to provide better quality and faster service to our customers. We attach great importance to technical support at every stage of production and after production. We direct our R&D studies by taking into account customer satisfaction”.

Guden said:

“Our elevator automatic doors have CE, EAC, ISO certificates and fire resistance and pendulum test certificates. Our elevator systems have NormLIFT and SlimLIFT brands and Module B certificate. With the NormLIFT brand, we offer affordable normal elevator solutions for places with sufficient shaft dimensions. With the SlimLIFT brand, we create practical solutions with special designs for wells with limited dimensions.”
