A NEW PRODUCT BY BUTKON TO RESOUND IN THE INDUSTRY: 5 MM THICK PENTA IS READY FOR MASS PRODUCTION

Achieving to be the leader in its field since 2007, when it was founded to produce elevator floor and cabin panels, Butkon Elevators showcased its new products at the International Elevator Istanbul Fair.

PENTA MADE A DEBUT

Remzi Oruncak, General Manager of Butkon Elevators, who noted that Penta was produced as a result of a dispute between the R&D and sales teams, said, “We have presented the Penta product with a thickness of 5mm, one of the floor and cabin buttons that has never been tried in Turkey, and the technology that gives the feeling of non-existence to our customers. In addition to the intended use of this product, we also offered visual options.”

Stating that they exhibited the product prototype at the fair and received very good reactions, Oruncak announced that they pressed the button for mass production.

MAGNIFICENT HARMONY OF SIMPLICITY AND MAGNIFICENCE: GALAKSY

Commenting on the GALAKSY model they presented to the users' experience, Oruncak commented, "It is a beauty that fascinates people." For GALAKSY, which draws attention with its stylish design, Oruncak said, “I think the simplicity and splendour of this product excite our customers. Our contactless button is in schools, hospitals and hotels; In other words, its compliance with TS EN 81-20 in places where people gather, its contactless engagement on the buttons, its normal operation when requested, showed once again that Butkon is the solution partner of companies suitable for every project.”

WITH BUT-CALL, IT IS POSSIBLE TO MANAGE THE ELEVATOR FROM MOBILE PHONE

Providing information about But-Call embodied in Butkon Elevator technologies, Oruncak said, “With the fully wireless But-Call system, the point Turkey has reached in elevators is summarized for domestic and foreign users. But–Call, which is a system that works without a cable and receives commands with a mobile phone, without the need for a cabin button, will not only save the installers from a great burden, but also will relieve the package material solution partners of its compatibility with control cards used abroad. This system has also found its place as the last stone in smart home systems in buildings.

Underlining that there is no need for a cabin control panel with the But-Call, which provides control via a smart phone, Oruncak said, “You can select the floor to go to and call the elevator from your mobile phone. It is a revolutionary product that provides ease of assembly”.

BUTKON OPENED OFFICE IN INDIA

Explaining that Konya-based Butkon opened a new one in India after opening branches in Ankara and Istanbul, Oruncak said that Butkon took the first step towards becoming a global brand. Oruncak said:

“Butkon India, which is a 100% subsidiary of Butkon without using a distributor, aims to pave the way for manufacturing companies in Turkey and to bring our quality products to more people. It is aimed to represent Turkey and the elevator in the best way with solution partners in other countries. India is a competitive region. We also moved our technology to India, relying on our own strength.”
